With a background in treating weekend warriors to high-level athletes in a dynamic atmosphere, Dr. Lund is dedicated to providing expert conservative care in spine and joint health, along with specialized muscle work.

Dr. Lund holds a distinguished certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie Institute USA, showcasing expertise in the assessment of neuromusculoskeletal and movement disorders. With a focus on efficiency and lasting results, he is committed to the goal of getting patients better quickly, ensuring a return to optimal health without lingering symptoms. He has additional training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Instrument-assisted soft tissue work, a specialized area of myofascial release, dry needling, high intensity laser therapy, and more!

Having honed skills in a sports clinic environment, Dr. Lund understands the unique needs of high-level athletes. This experience has equipped him with a keen insight into the intricacies of movement and performance, translating into tailored treatments that go beyond symptomatic relief.

Dr. Lund is originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with degrees in Biomedical science, Chemistry, and Nutrition. He is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and was selected for a distinguished rotation in the Veterans Affairs/ Department of Defense program where he spent time working with active duty personnel at the Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Lund finds joy in spending time outside and helping on the local family dairy farm. A family person at heart, he treasures moments with his wife Dr. Angela Lund (Ahrens), daughter Laine, son Nolan, and golden doodle Murphy, engaging in various outdoor pursuits.
